It’s been nothing but forward momentum and growth since I started working with Daniel. Landing my first bar muscle up and hand stand walking in the first month aside— his programming has pushed me to a new level as an athlete, making me stronger while also zoning in on ensuring technique and form are solid. Daniel truly listens and it’s shown in just how personalized my programming is. Whether it’s prepping me for a comp he thinks I could excel in, adding in movements and rep schemes to help me land a new skill or PR, or telling me to take more time to rest when I say I’m not at 100%, Daniel always seems to know what’s right. Meet Your Coach.

Hi, I’m Daniel!

I have been coaching and participating in Crossfit for 7 years and trained hundreds of individuals over that time.

I believe deeply in functional fitness for both health and performance. I also believe each athlete has individual and unique needs that can’t always addressed in a class setting. I LOVE training groups, but have seen over the years how a broad approach to training can leave athletes short of their goals – or in the worst case- disappointed and injured.

Through my coaching I prioritize building a program that is truly designed for you. I think that Crossfit and functional fitness is so very important and healthy for you when done correctly. Let me show you the way, and how to unlock the best version of yourself and enjoy life to its fullest!
